If you are interested
in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover,
and American Express for online orders. It is preferred that established accounts order via email with written purchase
order.
You may also call 1-563-554-0349 to make an order over the phone. Most orders will ship within 3 to
4 weeks after receipt unless in stock, in which case they will ship in 5 working days or less.
Privacy
Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by
the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to drop shipments or
third party billing. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely
to bill the customer for their order.
Order Policy
Every item we offer has a minimum quantity, so please so be sure to read
entire Product Detail. Our prices are subject to change without notice. Products, descriptions, typographical and photographic
errors are subject to correction. Open or special terms are at the discretion of Heartland Trim, Inc.
Returns All
sales are final. If however we ship a product you did not order or in some way damaged, please contact us to obtain a return
authorization number (RA#). All returns will be inspected and must be in saleable condition before a refund or credit will
be issued against your account.
Terms Net
30 Open account requires you to furnish us with at least 3 acceptable trade references. Meanwhile we can ship
COD or credit card until approval. Any account may be put on COD without prior notice.
